NANETTE QUITT

Human Resources Manager

Ms. Quitt has more than 10 years experience in Human Resources management and a comprehensive resume comprised of work in the private sector, technology and healthcare industries.  In her role as the Human Resources Manager, Ms. Quitt is responsible for overseeing key Human Resources functions including compliance, workers compensation, recruitment and employment; training and development; compensation and benefit programs; and employee relations.  Additionally, Ms. Quitt lends her leadership skills to the Safety and Records Management divisions, which report to Human Resources.

Ms. Quitt holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences and is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She exemplifies the Human Resources professional through both her commitment to Truckee Meadows Water Authority and the various professional organizations where she is a member.  Notably, Ms. Quitt serves on a variety of workforce planning and human resources committees and is active in the Northern Nevada Human Resources Association.
