The Authority has formed a Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) made up of staff of the three member agencies (Reno, Sparks and Washoe County) to provide recommendations on all matters related to the Authority's operation, including budgets. The Technical Advisory Committee also developed recommendations for (1) a water resource and facilities plan; (2) a water allocation plan among members; (3) a cost –sharing plan; and (4) an equity allocation plan. The Technical Advisory Committee is comprised of the following staff members: (a) the City/County Managers or their designees; (b) the Finance Director of each member; (c) the Reno Public Works Director; (d) the Sparks City Engineer; and (e) the Water Resource Director of Washoe County.
